Condominium Project (Design)​

Creating a condominium for an actual site in London, ON was the purpose of this project. Having a finite area and working around the oddly shaped lot gave some obstacles, especially for onsite parking. This was solved with underground parking allowing for a greater and more friendly pedestrian realm on site.



This was the 6th semester project for AutoCAD class at Fanshawe College.

Condominium Project

(Structural Engineering)

Along with the the design set of the condominium, a structural set was required for the Structural Engineering class at Fanshawe College.

Renovation Project

​​
The purpose of this project was to renovate the interior and design a new exterior look for an existing building in London, ON. This involved demolition and design phases; working around the existing structural construction.



This was the 5th semester project for AutoCAD class at Fanshawe College.

Bi-Level Townhouse

This project, as seen in the Softplan section, was to be a two-storey max. townhouse equipped for a wheelchair bound individual. The first floor was constructed to the Facility Accessibility Design Standards (FADS) as per London, ON strict barrier-free standards.



This was the 4th semester project for AutoCAD and Structural Engineering classes at Fanshawe College.
