Grandparents' House
This project was probably the most time consuming of all projects I have worked on. It consisted of measuring the whole house and building it with Google SketchUp.
This by far is my most memorable project, and one that always makes me happy looking back at. Having not seen this house for years, it definitely brings back memories and helps me remember the fine details of the house my grandpa built back in Sault Ste. Marie, ON.

Condominium Project
Creating a condominium for an actual site in London, ON was the purpose of this project. Having a finite area and working around the oddly shaped lot gave some obstacles, especially for onsite parking. This was solved with underground parking allowing for a greater and more friendly pedestrian realm on site.
The sheet set can be seen in the AutoCAD section.

Room Renovations
In the past, SketchUp was my go to program for room remodeling/renovations. Living in a house with 3 other people or sharing a residence room, there is limited space so you need to rearrange furniture accordingly.
It may have taken some time to complete, but in the end it was worthwhile and did save time to find out where a bed or computer desk would fit and how the room would be coordinated.

Site Massing Project
For Urban Environmental Studies class the goal was to work with an existing site and approach the idea of creating a friendlier pedestrian realm.
Organizing the buildings closer to the road, allowing for easier access from the street was a main objective. Avoiding vehicle lanes and parking lots not only helped safe pedestrian travel, it also gave the site a more visually appealing street view (no blocked view from any vehicles).
