Designs - Hand Drawn/Colour Detailed 

Condominium Project

As mentioned in the AutoCAD section, this project was originally designed in AutoCAD for 6th semester at Fanshawe College.

​

For the final design submission, before the working set was due, I decided to create a more presentable piece by adding colour and shading to the project. 

Bentley Car Dealership

​

Designing a car dealership with a service area was the objective for the 3rd semester design class at Fanshawe College.

​

Using an existing small lot provided difficulties with the finite area to build, but I was able to complete all objectives and allow for a fluid traffic flow in the lot.

Medical Center

​

This project was to be drawn freehand without the use of a ruler or computer program. It was also the first major design project at Fanshawe College.

​

Deciding the locations and which rooms coordinated together was aided with the use of a bubble diagram at the start. This taught relationships and helped speed up floor plan designing.
